Glenn Hickerson is president of Hickerson Associates, a marketing and management consulting firm in San Francisco whose clients have included IBM, JP Morgan Chase and GATX Corp. In advising clients, Hickerson draws on his expertise in commercial aircraft sales and marketing, capital leasing, airline operations and international finance. Recent marketing advisory clients include Marathon Capital, a New York based investment bank; SAFRAN, a French aircraft engine manufacturer; lenders to the estate of Dornier, a German aircraft manufacturer; and chairman of SkyWorks Leasing, a Greenwich, Conn.-based privately owned aircraft management and leasing company. Previously, he served as president of GATX Capital Air Group, a commercial airline leasing company, and GPA Asia Pacific, as well as vice president of commercial marketing and sales at Douglas Aircraft. Additionally, he held executive positions at Lockheed California Co., Marriott Corp. and Universal Airlines. He has served as chair of the advisory board of GATX Corp. and on the boards of Willis Lease Finance Corp., an engine leasing company, and Airlink Inc. He received his B.A. in economics at Claremont McKenna College and his MBA from New York University.
For more than 20 years, Jane Hickerson has been a director of The San Francisco Ladies Protection and Relief Society (doing business as The Heritage on the Marina), a San Francisco residential retirement center established in 1853. She was a chair of Bouquets to Art, a major fundraising activity for the fine arts museums of San Francisco. After graduating high school from Katherine Delmar Burke School in San Francisco, she attended school in London for a year, during which time she was presented at Court.
