Octavio Herrera ’98 is a tech entrepreneur with a proven track record starting and selling successful companies. The Oxy physics major is the cofounder of Lucid Sight, a Los Angeles-based software company that develops virtual reality games. He also is a cofounder of AlphaGenius, a firm that creates financial market trading strategies based on the analysis of social media data. In addition, he cofounded and sits on the board of directors for Jirbo Inc., one of the first iPhone gaming companies and home to some of the most downloaded iPhone games in the world.
