Chris Johnson

Chris Johnson was hired by an on-campus recruiter and subsequently spent his entire 38 year career with Nestlé, starting as a marketing trainee at Carnation Company. Before retiring in 2021, Chris was Executive Vice President, CEO of Zone AOA (Asia, Oceania and Sub-Saharan Africa) and a member of the Group Executive Board. Chris has spent 31 years as an expatriate working in key leadership roles in Japan, France, Taiwan and Switzerland.  Chris has a BA in Economics from Oxy, an MBA from UCLA Anderson School of Management and a Master's Degree in Religion and Public Life from Harvard Divinity School.
